Doxwo is a compliance intelligence platform that turns product and target market information into structured reports covering compliance requirements: directives, test families, document checklists, HS code candidates, and cost and timeline bands.

Platform output is informational only; it is not legal advice, an official declaration of conformity, or binding tariff information. Regulations and tariffs change; HS code and tariff data in reports is given as of the stated date and source. You must verify the output with the competent authorities or qualified experts before making business decisions.

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• The platform is intended for business use; your account is opened on behalf of your company, and team members can be added by invitation.

• The platform may not be used for purposes that violate applicable law.
• You may not disrupt the platform, create excessive load, or attempt to bypass its security measures.
• You may not reverse engineer the platform software, or systematically collect output to build a competing service.
• You may not attempt unauthorized access to the data of another user or organization.

Doxwo is currently in early access and has no billing infrastructure; current plans come with usage limits and no payment data is collected. When paid subscriptions go live, prices and terms will be announced separately, and existing users will be informed in advance.

• The platform, its software, and its brand belong to Sistem Patent A.Ş.
• The product information and company data you enter belong to you; we process it only to provide the service (see the Privacy Notice).
• You may freely use the analysis reports generated for your account in your own business activities.

The platform is provided as is. No warranty is given that the output is complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sistem Patent A.Ş. is not liable for decisions made in reliance on platform output or for indirect damages. We aim for uninterrupted access but do not guarantee it; the service may pause temporarily for planned maintenance or technical reasons.

If these terms are violated, your account may be suspended or closed, with notice, or immediately for serious violations. You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected] and request deletion of your data.

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced on the platform or by email; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Izmir have jurisdiction over disputes. Questions: [email protected].
